The Wealth-Attracting Gourd by Luang Pu Boon of Wat Klang Bang Kaew is an old and rare Thai talisman, believed to have been created around B.E. 2450–2476 (1907–1933). It was traditionally made from sacred woods, such as naturally fallen Mayom wood, and some pieces contain an embedded Takrut.
The gourd shape has long been associated with wealth, fortune, and prosperity. Devotees traditionally carry or display it to attract money and support successful business.
