1. เมื่อเราจะแขวนพระหรือ คาดตะกรุด ก็ให้ยก วัตถุมงคลขึ้นมาพร้อมพนมไว้ที่มือตั้งนะโม 3 จบในใจหรือ ออกเสียงเบา ๆ ก็ได้ ต้องมีความเคารพเลื่อมใสเป็นอุบายให้ จิตใจสะอาด
2. อาราธนา (นึกถึง) บารมีหลวงปู่และครูบาอาจารย์ทั้งหมดมีพระพุทธพระธรรมพระอริยะสงฆ์เป็นที่สุด จึงว่าคาถาวัตถุมงคล 3 จบ 7 จบ 12 จบ หรือว่าตามกำลังวัน หรือว่า 108 หรือภาวนาจนจุใจก็ทำได้
