 The king of Ngang holding a bottle gourd to absorb the money & gold and retinues.

Arjarn Inkaew asked for mercy from  Grand Master Komdej, Phra Phayak Hall Institution  and  Arjarn Thammaphet, Phra Dhamma Arahantha Institution  in order to receive various mystical materials to be used to create  Ishvara Chakra Ngang . According to the legend, this Ngang is a retinue of Lord Shiva (Ishvara) that must be worshiped with coconut water. In the magic mantra of this magic subject, it is said about the invitation of Lord Shiva and Lord Narayana to come down and create Ngang from Shiva's scurf. It is good for charm, attracting money, attracting people, controlling people, and being invulnerable and safe from danger, protecting the owner from black magic, ghosts and water elephants. It can be used in many ways. Arjarn Inkaew would like to create another legend of  Deva Ngang  from Lao magic to remain last long.

The casting ceremony is established on moonset on Saturday. This batch has the greatest amount of material, more than 100 mystical metal substances, not including the extremely rare and magical powder that Arjarn Inkaew brought to fill under the base. Arjarn Inkaew said that “This magic of Ishvara Chakra Ngang is really great. I've seen many scriptures that are not as good as this one. This subject has been lost for a long time. The uniqueness of this Ngang, which is unlike any other Ngang, is that it has the  Chakra”, the Narayana’s weapon stamped on the back. เอกลักษณ์โดดเด่นของงั่งรุ่นนี้ที่ไม่เหมือนงั่งอื่นๆ คือมี  จักกะราวุธ ของพระนารายณ์ ประทับที่หลัง ตามลัทธิพราหมณ์ถือว่า  กงจักรสุทรรศน์  ของพระนารายณ์เป็นเทพศาสตราที่มีพลานุภาพอันเกรียงไกร สามารถปราบได้ทั้งเทพเทวดาและอสูร เป็นอาวุธที่ทั่วทั้ง3ภพต้องคร้ามเกรง มีอิทธิฤทธิ์มากมายเหลือคณานับ พระนารายณ์จะทรงถือจักรนี้ไว้ในพระหัตถ์เสมอ แม้แต่พระราหูผู้เป็นพญาแห่งอสูรก็ยังถูกตัดขาดเป็นสองท่อน เมื่อโดนจักรแห่งพระนารายณ์
